Leveraging assistance from the fruit and vegetable distribution to kickstart the summer months

With the track events in full swing we needed to make sure that the venue is setup for the busy summer months. We recently installed some new kitchen equipment and cleaned out the coolroom. The buses were coming down tot he island with toruists and we had to revamp the menu.
